Write a few lines about the venue, the season ahead and the line that needs attention first. A named designer reads every message and replies in plain language, usually within two working days. If an evening is already booked and the desk is failing, call the number below and say so at the start of the call.
AL QASR PTE. LTD. works from a small office in Paya Lebar Square, close enough to the venues we serve to walk a court at short notice. Visits are by appointment so that the desk team is present when you arrive.

During a commissioned programme the phone line stays open on event evenings until the last guest has left the court. Existing clients receive a direct number for the coordinator on duty, which takes priority over the general line.
We design, build and rehearse the desk with your team, and we stand behind the counter during the first live evening of a new service line. After that the desk belongs to the venue. For long seasons some clients keep a light retainer so that we are available for audit days and season changes, but the daily operation is always handed over to your own staff, with documentation they own.
Ten to fourteen weeks is comfortable for a full commission, and six weeks is workable if the scope is one service line such as majlis booking rounds. If the season opens in under a month, we can still help with an audit day and a rapid desk fix, but we will say plainly which parts cannot be rehearsed properly in the time available rather than promise a full build.
Guest records stay with the venue, and we keep only the working files needed to support the engagement for the period described in our Privacy Policy. At the end of that period the working files are removed and the venue keeps its own operational record. The full handling rules, including how to request access or removal, are set out on the Privacy Policy page.
A useful brief names the venue, the season dates, the expected number of formal evenings, and the line that is failing now. If you have a flow map, a programme calendar or an audit report from an earlier season, mention it and we will ask for it. Everything else can be discovered on the first walk.
For a full description of what each service line includes, read the six court services. For the story of the house, return to the home court. The engagement rules and the desk commitments are written in our Terms of Service.
